No. This removes encryption from a PDF you can already open, so you must enter the correct password yourself. It is not a password cracker or recovery tool and cannot guess or bypass a password you don't have.
What does the output look like?
You get an unlocked copy of the same PDF with its password requirement removed. The content is unchanged; it simply no longer prompts for a password when opened.
Does it work with both user and owner passwords?
Yes, you can unlock with either the password that's required to open the file or the one that restricts editing and printing. Whichever password you know and enter, the encryption is removed in the saved copy.
